Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 12, 2026

1. Information We Collect

Flyra is a scheduling, communication, and job-management tool for service businesses. To provide our service, we collect the following information:

  • Account information: Name, email address, and company details
  • Team member information: Names, email addresses, and roles of team members you add to your account
  • Job and scheduling data: Job details, schedules, estimates, and related information you create
  • Customer information: Customer data you enter into the system, such as names, contact information, and job history
  • Device and usage data: Information about how you use Flyra, including app performance data and analytics
  • Optional location data: If you enable location services, we collect location data for job routing and map features
  • Payment-related information: Payment data is processed securely by a PCI-compliant payment processor. Flyra never stores raw credit card numbers or full payment card details

2. How We Collect Your Information

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly when creating an account, adding team members, or entering job and customer data
  • Information collected automatically through your use of the service, including device information and usage analytics
  • Location data, if you choose to enable location services for map and routing features
  • Payment information processed by our payment processor when you make payments or set up billing

3. How We Use Your Information

Flyra uses your data to operate and improve the service. Specifically, we use your information to:

  • Provide scheduling, map routing, team communication, payments, and job management features
  • Improve app performance and reliability
  • Send service-related notifications and updates
  • Develop, test, and improve Flyra’s features, including analytics, benchmarking, and automated tools
  • Produce aggregated research, industry benchmarks, and reports, as described in section 4
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to legal requests

We use analytics to understand how the service is used, but we do not collect unnecessary identifying information through analytics.

4. Aggregated and De-Identified Data

We combine data across the businesses that use Flyra to produce aggregated, de-identified statistics about the industries we serve, such as typical job values, seasonal demand, and how businesses in a trade tend to operate. We use these aggregates for research, benchmarking, product development, and marketing, and we may publish them or share them publicly.

Aggregated data never identifies you, your business, your team, or your customers. We do not publish a figure drawn from a group small enough that an individual business could be recognized from it, and we never publish an individual business’s records, prices, or customer information.

Because aggregated data no longer identifies anyone, we may continue to use it after your account ends.

5. Data Linking and Identity

We link the data we collect to your account identity to provide personalized service features, such as job assignments, team communication, and access control. This linking is necessary for the core functionality of Flyra.

6. Third-Party Services

Flyra uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Payment processing: A PCI-compliant payment processor handles all card data. Flyra never stores raw card numbers.
  • Messaging and voice: A licensed telecommunications provider carries SMS and calls, subject to carrier requirements and industry messaging standards.
  • Map providers: For location-based features and routing functionality.

We can provide the current list of these providers on request.

Flyra does not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (through the services listed above) or as required by law.

7. Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data seriously:

  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only
  • We do not store raw credit card numbers or full payment card details
  • We follow industry best practices for data security and protection

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Request account deletion: You can request that we delete your account and associated data at any time
  • Request correction: You can request that we correct any inaccurate personal data
  • Opt out of marketing: You can opt out of marketing emails while still receiving service-related notifications

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete your account and associated data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes.

10. Children's Privacy

Flyra is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at info@flyra.io.

11. Changes to This Policy

When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and post the latest version here. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
